Core Beliefs
Core beliefs are deeply ingrained convictions that shape your perceptions and behaviours, often subconsciously. Unconscious negative beliefs, like "I am unworthy" or "Others will always betray me", can significantly impact mental well-being, hinder personal growth and foster self-sabotage. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to uncover limiting beliefs, so that we may explore, challenge, and replace them.
